A friend asked....." What is the best way/time to take LimuZ6?

Q: When is the best time to take LimuZ6?


A: The best time to drink LimuZ6 is on an empty stomach with 2-4 oz. of water
at least 20 minutes before a meal; as it was designed to be fully absorbable by the
body, and any other foods or beverages may reduce bioavailability. Time of day
is dependent upon your personal tastes. Also just before you go to bed for a great
nights sleep!


A personal note:
Dr. Kleinsmith told me the less water (about 2oz.) the better, drink it then add a little more water to get
anything left behind. I take mine about 30 minutes to an hour before I eat. If you want to feel it more
I would take 1 a day for a few days to see how it reacts then I would take 2 a day for a while!
Another thing because I do things in extreme I try not to drink anything 20 minutes before and
20 minutes after.....people don't have to it's just me..lol! By the way I also like to take a serving just
before I go to bed.....Wow does it help me sleep!
